Kia ora parents and whanau,

You are warmly invited to our Holiday Bazaar and Globalisation Fair on Friday, 12 December 2025, from 8:00am to 11:30am at New Zealand School Jakarta.

This special event will showcase our students’ learning from this term’s Unit of Inquiry on Globalisation. Primary and Secondary students will be hosting their own booths, sharing their projects, ideas, and creations. There will also be a series of performances throughout the morning. Alongside the fair, we will have a Holiday Bazaar with a variety of stalls for families to enjoy.

A general outline for the day:

8:00 - 11:30: Bazaar Booths will be open on the Basketball court

8:15 - 9:15: Primary and Secondary Globalisation Fair in the Aoraki Hall

8:15 - 9:15: Early Years Performances on Outside Stage

9:15 - 9:45: Koru Club Performances on Outside Stage

9:45 - 10:30: Primary and Secondary Performances on Outside Stage

*Please note that these times above are estimates. 

We look forward to celebrating our students’ learning and welcoming our school community to this festive end-of-year event. Please note this is a half day for all students. Dismissal will be at 11:30am.

Parking:

Please note that our school parking lot has limited space. To accommodate this, we have prepared an additional parking area located behind the school building at Court 57 (Basketball Court). Our staff will be available to guide you to this area (see location). We advise that cars with drivers can park in the designated parking lot to ease traffic flow. Alternatively, to avoid any parking inconvenience, we encourage you to consider using online transportation services for a smoother experience.
