Welcome Back to School:

Academic Year 2026–2027

29 July 2026

Kia ora parents and whānau,

Welcome back! We are delighted to open our doors once again for a new academic year filled with growth, wisdom, resilience, and unity. Whether you are returning or joining our community for the first time, we are so glad to have you with us, and we look forward to a wonderful year of learning together. Our teachers and staff are working hard to prepare for the start of Term 1, which will start on Wednesday, 5th August.

Renovation Update

Over the school holidays, our campus has been undergoing exciting renovation works, including:

  • A brand new library (completed in June)
  • A new facade design at the front of the school (will be finished this week)
  • A brand new canteen (ongoing)
  • New classrooms (ongoing)

Work is still ongoing for the canteen and classrooms and is expected to be completed in September. In the meantime, we have set up temporary rooms for 2 classes while their new spaces are being completed, and we appreciate your patience and understanding during this transition. We can't wait to welcome you into these improved spaces very soon!

Koru Activity Club (ASA) Exhibition

Canteen Update

We are pleased to announce our partnership with Sodexo Indonesia as our new canteen service provider for the upcoming academic year. Sodexo is a global leader in food services and facility management, serving schools, universities, hospitals, and organisations worldwide with a strong commitment to quality, nutrition, hygiene, and food safety.

While the new canteen building is currently under development and will officially begin operations in September, Sodexo will continue offering a pre-order lunch service. This initiative allows our school community to experience their nutritious and well-balanced meal selections in advance while we wait for the completion of the canteen.

Parents are welcome to explore the menu that will be sent on separate email.

Welcome Letter and WhatsApp Group

Each family will receive an invitation to their class WhatsApp group directly from their child's respective homeroom teacher and a welcome letter for Term 1. Please look out for these on Monday and Tuesday next week — they will contain important class-specific information for the term ahead.

Printed School Photos

If you ordered your child's printed school photos last month, we're pleased to let you know that they are

now ready for collection. You may pick them up from the School back office. We are also happy to share that this year's Yearbook is currently in production and is expected to be ready by the end of August. We will notify all families as soon as it is available for collection.
