Requirements:
- Min 3–5 years’ experience in marketing, communications, or brand management (leadership preferred).
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong skills in strategic planning, communication, and copywriting.
- Proven track record in integrated campaigns (digital & offline).
- Proficient in social media, digital marketing, and analytics.
- Solid understanding of branding, content, and visual communication.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills.
- Experience leading a marketing team and coordinating stakeholders.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyse and optimise campaigns.
- Experience in education marketing or student recruitment is an advantage.
